AVX Receives DLA Approval for Accu-P Thin Film Capacitors
GREENVILLE, S.C., May 1, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AVX Corporation, a leading manufacturer of advanced passive components and interconnect solutions, today announced that the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has issued Drawings for high-reliability versions of its Accu-P thin film capacitor series.
AVX introduces smallest thin film tight tolerance RF capacitor
AVX has developed the smallest RF thin film tight tolerance capacitor on the market. The most recent addition to its highly accurate and well-established Accu-P® RF capacitor series, AVX’s new capacitor is a miniscule 01005 standard size chip that features the low capacitance values (0.05pF to 2.4pF) and ultra-tight capacitance tolerances (±0.01pF) that the series is known for, in addition to low ESR and high Q at VHF, UHF, and microwave frequencies.
