There were 1.104 billion subscribers to mobile communication services in China as of the end of November 2012, growing by 0.80% on month and by 13.21% on year, and 220.49 million (19.97%) of them were 3G users, according to statistics published by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
